What can I expect during my showroom appointment?
During your appointment, you can:
- See the showroom in Phase 2.
- Try out the comfort of our furniture.
- Review the catalogs for additional options.
- Get a free consultation regarding design, layout, or positioning for your outdoor space.
Do you offer consultations for pool and patio design?
Yes! Maria can help answer questions about design decisions like beveled vs. non-beveled pavers, positioning of pools, spacing, and more.
Durability & Weather Resistance:
Is Poly furniture weather resistant?
Yes, Poly furniture is highly weather-resistant and can be left outdoors all year round.
Will I need to move the furniture during hurricanes or heavy wind?
Most Poly furniture is heavy enough to stay put during inclement weather. If a piece glides, it’s recommended to lay it down to prevent flipping.
Will Poly lumber splinter, rot, or peel over time?
No, Poly lumber will not splinter, rot, or peel. It requires no paint, sealing, or waterproofing.
Is the furniture color fade-resistant?
Yes, the colors are nearly fade-resistant. However, intense sunlight (like the Florida sun) may slightly affect certain colors, such as red.
Maintenance & Cleaning:
How do I clean Polywood furniture?
Stains can generally be removed using:
- Warm soapy water and a soft bristle brush.
- A pressure washer on a low setting (limited use).
How do I remove surface rust from stainless steel screws?
To remove surface rust:
- Use steel wool or a mixture of white vinegar and water to soak and scrub the screws.
- Alternatively, make a paste with baking soda and water and scrub gently.
- For small spots, WD-40 works effectively.
Design & Customization:
Can I mix and match Polywood furniture colors?
Yes, you can mix and match standard, bright, or premium woodgrain colors to achieve your desired look. Note that premium woodgrain and bright colors may have a minimum upcharge.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, all orders are custom-built and handmade in the USA on a special-order basis.
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
The turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 4-8 weeks, as each piece is handmade and shipped from up North.
Are showroom pieces available for purchase?
On rare occasions, showroom pieces may be sold. All showroom pieces are new, custom-built, and final sales.

Standard colors mix or match, Brights and Premium Woodgrain colors will have a minimum upcharge. Again you can Mix and or Match any color combos.

Is the furniture comfortable to sit on?
Yes, our comfort seats are designed with rounded seat fronts to avoid leg pressure points, and the cushions offer indoor comfort outdoors.
Can I try the furniture for comfort before purchasing?
Absolutely! Book an appointment to visit the showroom and try the furniture for look and comfort.
What makes the hardware durable?
The furniture uses marine-grade stainless steel hardware that will not rust through.
What are the benefits of hidden screws?
Hidden screws offer a cleaner, more aesthetic look and are less exposed to heat or rust. However, visible screws are also available based on personal preference.
Outdoor Kitchens:
Do you offer outdoor kitchen solutions?
Yes, we offer custom outdoor kitchens. Bring your measurements to the showroom to get a quote and see the quality firsthand.
Marine Grade Hardware :
Stainless Steel, will never rust thru, should the inevitable surface rust appear, keep in mind we live near salt water… it is generally easily removed, one way is with steel wool or you can use a mixture of white vinegar and water, applying it to the screws and letting them soak for a while before scrubbing with a soft brush; alternatively, you can create a paste with baking soda and water, apply it to the rust, and then gently scrub with a cloth; for small spots, a simple application of WD-40 can also work effectively. Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, there is a Limited Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects.
How can I make a warranty claim?
To file a claim, you will need:
- Proof of purchase.
- Photos and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Yes! Polywood is virtually indestructible, requires minimal upkeep, and has proven to be issue-free in life experiences.
